Job Description
As an F&B Waiter/Waitress, you will be at the forefront of guest service and act as a Hospitality Ambassador for the hotel. You are expected to deliver friendly, efficient, and professional service at all times. Since you play a key role in shaping the guest experience, it is your responsibility to ensure every guest enjoys exceptional service and comfort within our food and beverage outlets.
Your primary responsibilities include working collaboratively with all departments to maintain smooth and efficient operations. You must have thorough knowledge of menus, beverages, services, and resort facilities, while continuously enhancing your professional skills to improve guest satisfaction. Additionally, you will maintain a clean and hygienic work environment and respect the privacy and confidentiality of all guests.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in Food & Beverage or restaurant operations
- Strong commitment to delivering outstanding customer service
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Proficiency in English
